Ada McCartney
Ada McCartney creates with the Wisdom Body Collective, teaches high school in Arizona, and is finishing an MFA at Naropa University. Recent projects include planting a guild of fruit trees, making videos of pollinators, co-editing the forthcoming "More Revolutionary Letters: A Diane Di Prima Tribute", leaving homemade zines all over her neighborhood, and “Survival Skills,” a two-woman show produced by Laughing Pig Theatre. Ada’s work has appeared in places such as Smoking Poet, North Central Review, The Cauldron, Phoenix Dance Observer, The Rotunda of West Philadelphia, and in alleys & little free libraries from Kalamazoo to Tokyo.
