Karen Carter

Karen Carter, teacher and poet, lives in a rural-remote area near the Outer Banks, North Carolina. Her poems have appeared in Avalon Literary Review, Broadkill Review, Cathexis Northwest Press, Eclectica, MacGuffin, Miller’s Pond, Poetry Quarterly, The Write Launch, Tiny Seed Literary Journal, and Wild Roof Journal. In July 2022, she enrolled in a course, Plant Your Words, sponsored by Tiny Seed Literary Journal. Reverencing nature with poetic voice, the course and book were taught and written by Heidi Sander and Jamie Nix.
