Manasvini Rai

Manasvini Rai is a poet and doctoral researcher in English literature based in Jaipur, India. Her research focuses on gender and identity in contemporary British fiction. Manasvini’s poems have been published by the journals In Spatele Blocului (Behind the Block), Re-Markings, Voices: Voices of Interdisciplinary Critical Explorations; the online periodical Madras Courier; as well as accepted by WinC Magazine – the official publication for Women in Comics Collective International. Scholarly articles and reviews by Manasvini have appeared in Journal of Literature and Aesthetics, The IIS University Journal of Arts, and Aligarh Muslim University’s Journal of the Faculty of Arts. Her book chapter on Climate Fiction will appear in 2021 in an edited volume by Cambridge Scholars Publishing.
