Norla Chee

I am born to the Turtle clan of the Oneida tribe and born for the Tower House clan of the Navajo tribe. I live in northwest New Mexico where I care for my father. I went to school at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and earned my M.A. in Creative Writing. Cedar Smoke On Abalone Mountain is my first book of poetry to published. “Desert Humor” and “Pussy Willows” are from my second book-length manuscript, currently looking for a publisher. In addition to writing I sew traditional style doll clothes and quilts.
