Susan Coultrap-McQuin
Susan Coultrap-McQuin has been a plant person most of her life. These days, in addition to her flower, vegetable, and herb gardens, she nurtures a native prairie of grasses and wild flowers. Her poems have appeared in Still Point Arts Quarterly, The Dewdrop, Lowestoft Chronicle, Quiet Diamonds, Talking Stick, The Moccasin, The Poeming Pigeon, and several anthologies. A supporter of public art, Susan has also displayed poems in art galleries, libraries, and parks. Her first chapbook of poems, What We Bring Home, was released in 2021, and she is at work on a full collection of environmental poems. She has earned several awards, including being a finalist in the Orchard Street Poetry Contest and an Honorable Mention from Wick Poetry Center. Twitter: @scoultra
